Bruce has conducted
workshops at the National Catholic Youth Conferences since Philadelphia
in 1993, and at the National Conference for Catholic Youth Ministry
since 1998 in Cincinnati. Some of the workshops he led include:
Philadelphia-Music Workshop; Kansas City-Prayer; Cincinnati-Prayer; St.
Louis-Spirituality; Birmingham-Discipleship.
 Participants focus on
developing internal and external assets; skills building; theology and
prayer; sports; music and liturgy training, where skills are put to
immediate use.
